Although Moon Palikir’s first voyage was in 2010 our story didn't start there. Started from the idea by our owner Mr.Sutharshan Moon Palikir was constructed from the ground up to be built for one purpose and that was to give you the best experience while hunting for waves.

For the past decade, our owner with the help of Mentawai Surf Charter team who was the primary seller for our trips helped us run our operation smoothly till this day and we are grateful for all the hard work they've done.

however, as of 2024, we will go our separate way from Mentawai Surf Charter and its team to venture by ourselves to grow our surf charter independently. Although this is a huge step for us as a business after 10+ years with Mentawai Surf Charter we believe we’d be able to take these next steps in confidence with the help of our crew who all has more than 5+ years experience with us and our captain that has sailed with us since 2011.
